yazım hatası var doğrusu d o w n l o a d olmalı ama o linkte yok ayrıca aynı adresin ftp directorysinde tcl scripts kısmındaki bütün scriptler bende 1 e bir mevcut (full ftp) ordada bahsedilen script yok

sanırım yanlış bölüme upload edilmeye çalışılmış. tcl archive yerine eggdrop ana sitesi verilen adres ..o sitede sadece eggdrop geliştiricileri ve destekçilerinin hazırladığı şeyler yayınlanıyor.paylaşım yapılabilen bir yer değil..
bu adres.tcl archive sadece yeni geliştirilmiş orjinal* yazılmış tcl scriptleri paylaşıma açmak - yayınlamak için kabul ediyor.

örnek: bir modül geliştirdiniz yada bir patch hazırladınız yada eggdrop bota farklı özellikler beceriler kazandırabilecek bir tcl yazdınız.eggdrop projesi geliştiricileri bunu değerlendirip bunu bu projeye bir katkı olarak değerlendirip bu sitede yayınlıyorlar.misal stat modülü gibi yada suzi patch gibi botnet.tcl gibi..orjinal kendi geliştirdiğiniz bu projeye katkısı olabilecek birşeyler olmalı..
