Sorunu hallettiniz mi bilemiyorum fakat geç olsa da cevap vermek isterim.

Hatanın sebebi anope/conf dosyalarınızın içinde "botserv.euirc.tk" adlı dosya isminden kaynaklanıyor. botserv isimli dosyanın adı ve uzantısı "botserv.conf" şeklinde olmalıdır. Sistem dosyayı açıp okuyamadığı için hata veriyor.
