arkadaslar istekler uzerine tor.tcl yi yeniledim.

Yenilenmis hali ile daha iyi bir guvenlik confu olusacaktir..

3 farkli siteden tor/proxy cekmektedir. Her 1 saatte güncellemektedir.

eline sağlık denedim.. Fakat. Sunucuyu yavaşlatıyor düşmeler meydana geliyor bu kod yüzünden.
