IRC Server , bilgi.c Modulu Biraz renklendirildi.
 
Bende uzun zamandır bulunan, bir modul idi. Ve bir çok kişide hala mevcut.
Sadece bir kaç yerini renklendirirdim. Eskiye nazaran daha göz dolduruyor.
