Objective:
Write an application that will accept any number and display the number in engineering units. Have the user select whether the output units are ohms, farads or henrys with radio buttons. Then append the appropriate symbol to the end of the new number you create. For example, if the user selects ohms, and enters 120,000 the program will display 120kΩ. If the user selects farads, and enters 0.000047 the program will display 47μF.

Section 1:
1. Add a File menu that has two choices, About and Exit. The About option will bring up a separate window giving details of the author (ie. you). The About data will be stored in a separate . java file.
2. Add a Help menu that has instructions about how to drive your program. The instructions will be contained in a separate .java file.
3. Add error checking to your program so that non-numeric and out of range inputs are rejected.
4. Ohms are always equal to or greater than 1.
5. Henrys are less than 1.
6. Farads are displayed as F, mF, nF or pF

Section 2:
1. Add another button that will be active if the user has chosen Ohms in the previous section. If the user has chosen Henrys or Farads the button will display a message that it will not work with these options.
2. The program will now ask the user for the tolerance of the resistor, then display the nearest preferred value. Use tolerance groups E6, E12 and E24 only.

Section 3:
1. Display the colour code of the resistor.
2. This option will be accessed via an additional option on the Help menu.
