For the Proxy notification to use

And for false positives to put them on an exempt file so we get the Exempt notice if ip on the exempt file.

What I'm looking for is to attach the location (city/country code and Proxy or Exempt) to the ip-s we see when they enter the channel (the ip entering the channel can already be done as we can see here).

Looks hard :)
Simply idea need sock code but sockopen dont work correctly under clone attack (fast join) like your hexchat :)
You need proxy database or non-proxy for fast read stabil works.

The idea is that, there already are protections in place but never 100% effective.

So this way, when you look at main, and when there is an attack, you see someone joining from let's say India, you know it's a proxy.
