GETPASS komutu devre dışı çünkü şifreleme(encryption) devrede.

nikin şifresini bulamıyorum böle uyarı alıyorum.
Root olduğum halde nasıl duzeltirim

Encryption devredeyse getpass kullanimi devre disi kalir, bunun icin encryption devre disi birakmaniz gerekmektedir.

En basit cevap, sunucunuzda /ns help getpass yazin ve cikan sonuc.

ircservices.conf dosyasinizi acin ve LoadModule encryption/md5 basinda # birakin ve servisleri yeniden baslatin, yani su sekilde olacak.

services dosyasının içindeki services.conf dosyası

başka services dosyasını bulamadım unreal3.2 dosyasının altına baktım yok

Hala hangi servisi kullandiğini söylememişsin yazan arkadaşlarda vahiy olarak gelmesini bekliyor sanirim. Bana kullandiğin servisler anope gibi geldi. lib tarafindan configure yapamazsin.
Anope kullaniyorsan cd anope* ircservices kullaniyorsan cd ircservices*-* diye giriş yapacaksin.

Kullandığı servis anope, çözüm bulanamadığı için servisi IRCServices olarak değiştirilmiştir.
