| Çevrimdışı  IF Ticaret Sayısı: (0) | Chicken Bake Italian Style - İngilizce Tavuk Güveç Tarifi This chicken is made with Italian seasonings and potatoes, along with tomatoes and green bell pepper strips. Ingredients: 3 1/2 to 4 pounds chicken pieces 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup water 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped parsley or 1 tablespoon dried leaf parsley 6 potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips Preparation: Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a food storage bag. Add chicken, a piece or two at a time, and toss to coat well. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown chicken, two or three pieces at a time. Place chicken in a 2-quart baking dish. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until onion is tender. Stir in water and spaghetti sauce mix; bring to a boil. Stir in tomatoes and parsley. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Pour sauce mixture over chicken in casserole then top with potatoes and green pepper strips. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, until chicken is tender. alıntı | |
